Air Duct / Furnace Cleaning

Many homeowners don't realize the importance of cleaning their air ducts.

Express Force Cleaning

Maintaining a clean air duct system helps to maintain your indoor air quality as ducts often have dust, dirt, mold, pet hair, dust mites and other contaminants throughout the system.

Our thorough process combined with unique techniques and powerful equipment will ensure maximum dust removal.

Furnace & Air-duct cleaning is especially important if you are suffering from allergies or respiratory conditions.

Our Process

We use a highly pressurized air whip and power brush system combined with a powerful negative air unit that pulls all the debris in. This process thoroughly agitates the dust and debris from the walls of your air vents that run into the main air trunks.

We then clean the main trunks, and the entire furnace unit (furnace fan, fan motor, and a-coil). There is also the option to have your HRV (Heat Recovery Ventilator) system cleaned as well as your dryer vent.

We recommend a professional cleaning every 2 - 3 years to ensure your system is running clean and efficient.

The entire system gets sealed to ensure no dust escapes into your home while cleaning.

We provide a courtesy wash and cleaning of all the vent covers.

Sanitizing / Disinfecting

Following a thorough cleaning we can also provide a fogging through the entire furnace and air duct system with the best hospital grade disinfectant that kills 99.99% of harmful bacteria in 30 seconds or less. This treatment effectively eliminates odors produced by odor-causing fungi, bacteria & other odor-causing organisms.

Dryer Vent Cleaning

Dryer Vent Cleaning is recommended every year. Clogged dryer vents are a major cause of house fires and can greatly decrease the efficiency of your dryer.

As seen in this Before & After photo the dryer vent is so clogged it is stuck open often resulting in a common location for bird nests.
