We will always try to communicate with you as much as possible as to what the expected results might be and always put in our best effort.
Following any service if you have any concerns we urge you to contact us so that we can come back (at no charge) and resolve any issue. This not only helps you to be satisfied with the results but it also allows us to learn from any issues that arise.
In situations where we are not able to achieve desired results after 2nd or 3rd attempts, the cleaning is not possible and you do not feel it was worth getting the service done, we will then return the full amount.

* We offer a FREE, no obligation quote where we will meet at the job location and determine the cost for and accurate price.
* For Capet Cleaning we do Not charge per room and rather per sq/ft so that you are only charged for the areas actually cleaned.
* We will meet you at the job location at the scheduled time and confirm all costs before starting and will NOT Surprise you with any Hidden Fees.
* Our equipment, tools and hoses are always cleaned and kept in pristine condition to ensure they preform as required while keeping your property clean.
